Do to hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns on any underwear that’s been worn, unpackaged, or washed. All returns must be in their original condition. Please contact us before sending us any returns.
If your product is defective, please take some photos of the defect and send them to us at email@example.com. We’d be happy to replace any defective products for you free of charge.
